Natural Herbs That Help Increase Fertility - Part One
This is part one of a three part series addressing the use of herbal remedies for improved fertility. In this series of articles we will be discussing natural substances found in nature that have historically been used to increase the chances of pregnancy.
It has been, for thousands of years, a common practice to utilize wild herbs and plants as a means to increase fertility.
But after the holocaust against EU Smart Girls (the ‘burning times’) and the virtual extermination of indigenous American medication girls, this data almost vanished. In reality, many folks erroneously believe that ‘primitive people’ had no method of controlling the chance of pregnancy. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Many common plants can be employed to steer fertility, including red clover, partridge berry, liferoot, wild carrot, and wild yam.
Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is the most frequently used natural fertility aid. Blooming between mid summer all the way to the cold temperatures at the end of fall, these flowers could commonly be seen along fields blooming in a bright pink flora. Honey bees truly adore this flower and people either eat them as soon as they are picked or you could dry them for later medicinal purposes. They can be transformed into a fertility aid by combining in a quart sized canning jar one ounce of the dried blossoms filled with boiling water. The mixture must then steep a minimum of four hours, but preferably overnight, with the lid screwed on tightly.
Red clover infusion has helped many women to become pregnant, as they between one and four cups consumed daily. In the instances of scarred fallopian tubes, irregular menstrual cycles, abnormal cells in the reproductive tract, or otherwise “unexplained” issues of infertility, red clover can be the remedy women are hoping for. The time line of success, of course, is less predictable. It may take 1-2 months or 1-2 years of regular use for the herb’s full effect to come about. A spoon or two of peppermint added to the dried clover blossoms will enhance the flavor of the mixture.
This concludes part one of this series, be sure to read parts two and three to complete your knowledge of this subject.
