Think about getting a double breast pump, it will help you collect milk a lot quicker. I don’t know how painful those things are, but get it done with quicker, and have many bottles saved up. Supplying the milk for later on at night when it’s feeding time.
Instead of a normal device, you will need to get a tandem stroller. Meaning you will be able to put both of those babies into one and push them. It’s great when not both parents will be able to always head out with the children. Kind of a must buy for parents who are looking at twins.
Something that will be used later on, but you’re going to need is baby bath toys. Now depending on if you have a boy or girl, you will buy different items. But a rubber ducky will work for either, and it’s a great start on something fun to play with during bath time.
Twins means twice the amount of everything basically, and it may be expensive. But make sure you head into and check out consignment locations. They will also except your older items that are not used too much. You will be able to exchange them normally for credit to purchase items, or money to buy with.
Since you may not know what sex of child your having you can always stick with colors that will work for both. However, it may be a bit easier to prepare with that knowledge being told. So decide on whether you will find out or not, and get ready for a great time.
