determining baby’s gender?

Okay here’s the thing. i’m 24 weeks
When i went for the ultrasound at 18. weeks it was too small to tell
well the OB REFUSED to schedule another ultrasound till i was 26 weeks! I hears at 23 weeks it becomes too cramped to see the baby’s gender, if this is true i need to know any other way to determine the ***.
this IS NOT for my personal descresion.
i HAVE to know. because the hospital here does not do circumsicions, so if it’s a boy i have to go to a hospital around 30-50 miles away.
Because of this I need to know.
HELP?!
i can’t just wait till it’s born because i dont have money to pay for a circumsicion and my insurance doesnt cover to have a seperate place do it
it HAS to be done at the hospital
so i NEED to know if its a boy or a girl so i know where i’m going
30-50 miles is a long drive in labor
plus
I HAVE NO CAR
i’d have to find a ride ahead of time
